1-3 years of hands-on experience with AI agents or AI-powered products in a customer-facing environment. 3-5+ years of experience in account management, customer success, account strategy, or solutions consulting within AI, SaaS, or data-driven products. Proven track record of growing revenue from existing customers. Strong analytical skills with the ability to turn data into insights and business cases. Excellent communication and presentation skills; comfortable working with both operators and executives. Consultative, proactive mindset with comfort operating in a fast-moving, “build from scratch” environment.
