Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in HR, Business Administration, or related field. 3–4+ years of progressive HRBP, HR Manager, or senior HR Generalist experience. Experience supporting GTM/Strategy or CS/Onboarding organizations. Strong knowledge of Spanish labor law, CBAs, Equality Plans, and conciliation processes. Experience with EOR and contractor compliance across EMEA. Proven ability to coach and influence leaders at all levels. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint). Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail. Strong communication (written and verbal) and interpersonal skills. Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information with discretion and integrity. Excellent communication and relationship-building skills across cultures and time zones. Strong judgment, ownership, confidentiality, and problem-solving skills. Experience working in a fast-paced, high-growth, remote-first environment. Workday experience is a strong plus.
Responsibilities:
Serve as the primary HRBP for CS + Onboarding. Partner with leaders to align People strategies with business needs. Lead organizational design, workforce planning, and leadership coaching. Manage and resolve complex team member relations. Own regional employment and contractor compliance across Spain and EMEA. Partner with People Ops on HR lifecycle processes. Maintain accurate team member data in Workday. Collaborate with global HRBPs on consistency and initiatives.
