5+ years of hospital leadership experience, including multi-site leadership Strong analytical experience, including KPIs, P&Ls, and budgeting Experience participating in and supporting new hospital openings Proven experience growing existing locations Passion for teaching, training, and developing hospital leaders and team members Hands-on experience in interviewing, hiring, onboarding, and training support teams Success in building relationships across teams Experience in both general practice and specialty/emergency veterinary hospital environments preferred
