Director of Operations

5+ years of hospital leadership experience, including multi-site leadership Strong analytical experience, including KPIs, P&Ls, and budgeting Experience participating in and supporting new hospital openings Proven experience growing existing locations Passion for teaching, training, and developing hospital leaders and team members Hands-on experience in interviewing, hiring, onboarding, and training support teams Success in building relationships across teams Experience in both general practice and specialty/emergency veterinary hospital environments preferred

Develop hospital teams from the ground up (interviewing, hiring, onboarding) Establish workflows and operating procedures Set, implement, and maintain client service standards Ensure hospital teams are prepared, confident, and supported Oversee existing PawDoc hospitals for continued success and support of Core Values
