Responsibilities:
Translate vision and decisions into operating plans and accountability structures. Oversee day-to-day service delivery across home visits and school-based placements. Own all HR functions including onboarding, compliance, performance management, and employee relations. Oversee payroll and invoicing administration. Evaluate, adopt, and optimize new software tools. Maintain compliance with state licensure requirements and school partner expectations. Lead high-impact projects such as launching new geographies and implementing new software.
