Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Operations, or a technical discipline, or equivalent practical experience 8–10 years of progressive experience in SaaS operations, revenue operations, or business operations At least 3 years in a leadership role Proven experience managing and scaling a Revenue Operations or Sales Operations team in a B2B SaaS environment Strong technical background with Salesforce administration and development, NetSuite, and GTM systems integrations Proven track record of building scalable processes in high-growth B2B SaaS environments Advanced experience with Excel or Google Sheets, Salesforce reporting, and BI/dashboarding tools Strong analytical and problem-solving skills Excellent communication and leadership skills
