Own the end-to-end strategy and execution of revenue programs with pipeline generation as the primary success metric. Design integrated sales plays with Product Marketing. Build a portfolio of sales plays, including always-on programs, quarterly programs, and reactive in-quarter plays. Develop and manage programs that balance focus and flexibility. Lead cross-functional execution by identifying pipeline opportunities and creating thematic programs. Partner with AE, xDR, CSM, and Partner leadership. Collaborate with Marketing, Product Marketing, Enablement, RevOps, and Analytics. Build and scale the Revenue Programs team, establish operating rhythms, and iterate on program effectiveness. Influence strategy and execution through data, insights, and compelling storytelling.
