Lead stakeholder workshops for current-state assessment and future-state design of Talent and Performance processes.
Translate business requirements into Workday designs, documenting process flows and decision points.
Define and standardize foundational structures for Talent and Performance modules.
Configure Workday Talent and Performance modules according to approved designs.
Partner with HR and technical teams to manage downstream impacts.
Develop testing strategies, lead unit testing, and support UAT execution.
Support change management and adoption through enablement materials.
Lead cutover and go-live preparation, including hypercare planning.
