Requirements:
Highly capable Business Developer and Relationship Manager with a long-term track record of building high-value, trust-based and long-lasting referral relationships. Strong understanding of SME banking, including a strong background in commercial lending. History of exemplary level of service and exceeding new business targets. Passion for SMEs, self-starter, and entrepreneurial mindset. Excellent interpersonal and communication skills. Ability to work expertly with customers, colleagues and advisors to structure new lending proposals and write credit applications. Proven track record in providing excellent customer service and generating new income opportunities whilst effectively managing credit risk. Ability to analyse and review financial accounts and associated information.
Responsibilities:
Be the go-to SME Relationship Manager in your community. Build and Relationship Manage a portfolio of SME customers. Originate SME lending opportunities from initial enquiry to completion. Build deep, trusting and lasting relationships with customers. Create and deliver the business plan for your area. Work collaboratively with other Allica teams.
