Requirements:
Bachelor's degree, MBA or advanced degree preferred. 10+ years of experience in operations, strategy, consulting, or similar role. Familiarity with OKRs, KPIs, and operational planning frameworks. Proven experience working closely with senior executives. Experience working in both large companies and start-ups is a plus. Ability to manage ambiguity and shifting priorities. Exceptional organization and attention to detail. Influencing skills without direct authority. Calm, reliable presence in high-pressure environment.
Responsibilities:
Partner with COO to define, prioritize, and execute goals. Translate strategy into actionable plans, milestones, and metrics. Track initiative progress and flag risks. Drive cross-departmental alignment. Lead cross-functional projects on behalf of the COO. Facilitate decision-making by synthesizing data. Manage COO's operating cadence (OKRs, KPIs, reviews). Prepare executive-level presentations and briefing materials. Ensure follow-through on leadership meeting decisions. Identify opportunities for operational efficiency and scalability. Support implementation of new processes and tools. Promote best practices in execution and accountability.
