J.D. (or equivalent) and active U.S. bar membership in good standing. 5+ years of post-qualification experience. Demonstrated experience across the software procurement lifecycle (SaaS and on-prem), ideally from a vendor perspective. Proven experience negotiating complex technology and professional services contracts with commercial customers, as well as key channel, reseller, and strategic partner agreements. Strong commercial judgment with the ability to balance legal risk and business objectives. Excellent drafting, negotiation, and communication skills. Comfortable creating structure, improving processes, and operating independently.
