Own and execute employee lifecycle processes (onboarding, offboarding, performance reviews, job changes, leaves, terminations) Manage benefits administration (open enrollment, vendor coordination, employee support, compliance) Serve as HR point of contact for employee questions and concerns Maintain accurate employee records and workflows Partner with Finance on compensation, payroll, and audits Provide recruiting process support (scheduling, pipeline management) Own HR compliance across operating states (registrations, unemployment, leave programs, I-9, background checks, filings) Monitor virtual mailbox and phone line, respond to requests Manage tax and government correspondence, employment verifications Ensure policies, contracts, and notices are current and stored Own user provisioning/deprovisioning across HR and company tools Coordinate laptop ordering, security, wipes, and access changes Maintain system permissions, admin access, renewals, and vendor relationships Lead documentation cleanup and process standardization Own relationships with People Ops vendors and partners (contracts, renewals, billing, access) Manage employee programs and perks (swag, snacks, recognition, employee experience) Track vendor contract renewals for continuity and cost control
