Requirements:
4 - 7+ years of experience in similar HR roles Deep knowledge of U.S. employment compliance and multi-state operations Experience supporting fully remote, distributed teams Strong operational rigor and attention to detail Ability to manage sensitive information Experience with HRIS, payroll, ATS, and IT admin tools (e.g. Gusto, Deel, Lever) Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Responsibilities:
Own and execute employee lifecycle processes (onboarding, offboarding, performance reviews, etc.) Manage benefits administration and employee support Serve as the first point of contact for employee HR questions Maintain accurate employee records and HR system data Partner with Finance on compensation reviews and payroll Provide support during the recruiting process Own HR compliance across operating states Monitor virtual mailbox and phone line for HR requests Manage and respond to tax and government correspondence Ensure policies and contracts are current Own user provisioning and deprovisioning for HR and company tools Coordinate laptop ordering and IT access Maintain HR system permissions and vendor relationships Lead documentation cleanup and standardization Own relationships with People Ops vendors Manage employee programs and perks Track vendor renewals and contracts
