Facilitate and schedule training sessions Create work-back schedules Guide clients through platform setup Troubleshoot issues Provide ongoing consultation for successful onboarding Work closely with Support, Client Success, Payroll Services, Technical Support, Product, Risk and Compliance, and Finance teams Collaborate with Sales and partnership teams on SLAs Maintain a rotating pipeline of approximately 30 clients Regularly review client pipelines to track progress and identify roadblocks Generate and present monthly reports on implementation progress Assist with KYC/KYB processes during onboarding Identify opportunities for process optimization Address and resolve client issues or concerns promptly Gather client feedback and suggest improvements or feature requests Ensure smooth client hand-off to Support and Client Success teams
