Requirements
- Originated at least $10M in mortgages in the last 12 months
- Demonstrated ability to self-generate most or all leads
- Minimum of 2 years of continuous experience as a licensed Associate Mortgage Broker
- Minimum of 2 years of continuous experience as a Mortgage Advisor at a bank or credit union
Responsibilities
- Automate 70% of workflow
- Eliminate underwriting
- Focus on building relationships and closing deals
- Nurture client pipeline and identify new opportunities
- Guide clients through applications
- Integrate Equifax soft credit checks
- Automatically request documents from clients
- Handle compliance and FINTRAC reporting
- Support client intake, document gathering, and appraisal bookings
- Provide status updates to referral partners
