How We Work

Engineering at Perch

You will build new features across Angular, Node.js/Express, and PostgreSQL. The engineering team owns the technical execution of systems and sets their direction. You will improve DevOps and CI/CD infrastructure on AWS using Terraform. Rapid prototyping, often leveraging AI tools like Cursor and Copilot, is a key part of the workflow.
