Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, education, or a related field.
  • 5+ years of experience in recruitment, sales, field marketing, or partnership development roles.
  • Strong track record of building external relationships and influencing stakeholders in education or similar sectors.
  • Excellent presentation and public speaking skills with confidence engaging large and diverse audiences.
  • Highly self-motivated, results-driven, and able to work independently in a remote or hybrid environment.
  • Willingness and ability to travel up to 80% within assigned territory, including occasional weekends.
  • Strong organizational, communication, and CRM/data management skills.

Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute territory recruitment strategies aligned with organizational growth objectives, including market analysis and opportunity identification.
  • Build and maintain strong partnerships with colleges, universities, advisors, and external influencers to strengthen recruitment pipelines.
  • Plan and deliver engaging in-person and virtual events, presentations, workshops, and information sessions to prospective students.
  • Drive inquiry generation and conversion of prospects into completed applications through targeted outreach and relationship-building.
  • Collaborate with marketing teams to align campaigns, messaging, and co-branded initiatives that enhance recruitment impact.
  • Represent institutions at conferences, regional events, and education fairs while ensuring compliance with internal policies and standards.
  • Maintain accurate CRM records and performance reporting to track territory results and optimize recruitment strategies.
