Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience Very strong communication skills with the ability to set appropriate expectations with clients Experience or training in project management Strong organizational and analytical skills Strong interpersonal skills, client-centric attitude, ability to deal with cultural diversity Demonstrated ability to lead teams and achieve success with client software implementation projects Background working with external clients and companies is desirable Experience working on ServiceNow projects preferred Agile Scrum experience and Scrum Master certification is desirable ITIL V3 or V4 Foundations Certification is preferred
Responsibilities:
Single point of contact for ServiceNow client engagements Responsible for client satisfaction throughout the engagement Understands client business issues and helps client change the way they work Works with engagement managers to produce weekly project reports Manages project risks, issues, action items, and decisions Manages project resources, schedules, tasks, and other project work Identifies opportunities to provide additional value to clients Supports continuous improvements of implementation methodology and service offerings Schedules and facilitates meetings Maintain 75% billable utilization target after 180 days
