Minimum of 4+ years of professional experience in Account Management, Customer Success, Partner Management, or equivalent. Proven ability to manage complex relationships, ideally within AdTech, MarTech, Programmatic, or Digital Media. Highly proficient in data analysis, reporting, and using tools like Excel/Google Sheets. Exceptional written and verbal communication skills. Familiarity with Supply-Side Platforms (SSPs) or ad inventory monetization technology is a plus. Experience with ticketing/CRM systems and BI tools is a plus.
