Bachelor's degree preferred. 7+ years of successful sales experience. Minimum of 3 years in medical device, RPM, ambulatory cardiac diagnostics, or healthcare technology sales. Experience and relationships in cardiology/electrophysiology and IDNs preferred. Familiarity with remote monitoring technologies (Extended Holter, MCT, RPM, CIEDs). Proven success in market share capture, new territory/product launches, or displacing incumbents. Ability to develop and execute strategic sales plans. Exceptional communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills. Entrepreneurial mindset with strong business acumen, adaptability, and resilience. Experience with Salesforce (CRM system) preferred. Willingness to travel extensively (approx. 4.5 days/week in field).
