Requirements:
Bachelor's degree preferred. 7+ years of successful sales experience. Minimum of 3 years in medical device, RPM, ambulatory cardiac diagnostics, or healthcare technology sales. Experience and relationships in cardiology/electrophysiology and IDNs preferred. Familiarity with remote monitoring technologies (Extended Holter, MCT, RPM, CIEDs). Proven success in market share capture, new territory/product launches, or displacing incumbents. Ability to develop and execute strategic sales plans. Exceptional communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills. Entrepreneurial mindset with strong business acumen, adaptability, and resilience. Experience with Salesforce (CRM system) preferred. Willingness to travel extensively (approx. 4.5 days/week in field).
Responsibilities:
Identify and cultivate new business opportunities with cardiologists, EPs, and healthcare administrators. Develop and execute territory growth plans. Own the full sales cycle from lead generation to contract close. Support cross-selling of CardioOne's management platform. Deliver sales presentations on product value. Build relationships with key opinion leaders and physicians. Navigate complex healthcare environments. Maintain sales pipeline using Salesforce. Manage account performance and operations. Collaborate with cross-functional teams. Analyze territory performance and market trends. Provide feedback to leadership. Meet or exceed sales goals.
