Senior Manager, Product Design

8+ years of experience in UX and product design for web and mobile products 3+ years of direct people leadership experience Proficiency in Figma, Fullstory, Miro or similar tools Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Solid understanding of user research methodologies and usability testing Experience working in an agile development environment

Lead and mentor the Product Design team Provide direction, feedback, and structure for high-quality design output Foster an empathetic and psychologically safe team environment Directly contribute to implementation and optimization processes Partner cross-functionally with Product, Engineering, Data, and Marketing Own end-to-end design processes Establish scalable design systems, documentation, and workflows Champion user empathy and usability standards
