Responsibilities:
Build, manage, and optimize paid search and paid social campaigns Develop keyword taxonomies, ad copy, audience segmentation, and testing roadmaps Own pacing, budget monitoring, bid strategies, and campaign governance Tailor messaging and creative approaches for different business units Maintain tracking hygiene (UTMs, naming conventions, pixels) Partner with Analytics for reporting and data validation Develop insight summaries using a 'what happened, why, and what's next' model Monitor lead quality and funnel health with Enrollment and CRM teams Support seasonal planning, scenario modeling, and yield analysis Adhere to privacy, brand safety, and suitability standards Contribute to process documentation and system improvements
