Requirements:
Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Electrical Engineering, Power Electronics, Engineering or Renewable Energy. Minimum of 5 years of experience in the renewables sector. At least 5 years in solar or energy storage technologies. Advanced knowledge of inverters, transformers, PCA, grid connections, switchgear, and other power electronics equipment. Experience with systems design and compliance with industry standards. Proven experience in customer-facing roles. Deep expertise in power electronics technologies (design, manufacturing, application). Proficiency in technology benchmarking, roadmap creation, and product development. Strong problem-solving, analytical, and communication skills. Expertise in preparing technical documentation and delivering technical support. Familiarity with quality assurance frameworks and service execution processes.
Responsibilities:
Perform technology reviews, risk assessments, and product evaluations. Prepare technology reports, roadmaps, and market insights. Deliver on-site projects and resolve technical challenges. Perform field testing of power electronics systems. Provide expert insights for service design and improvement. Contribute to service innovation leveraging power electronics technologies. Collaborate to create technical solutions and guidelines. Deliver specialized training on power electronics. Ensure services comply with industry and quality standards. Act as a technical resource for clients and resolve post-delivery issues.
