5+ years of hands-on experience in B2C performance marketing, digital advertising or user acquisition for a consumer SaaS, app or subscription product Proven success managing paid campaigns across Google Ads, Apple Search Ads and at least one additional platform Demonstrated ability to scale spend while maintaining strong CAC, ROAS and LTV/CAC ratios Deep expertise in acquisition funnel optimization, landing page testing and creative experimentation Strong analytical skills with working knowledge of Singular, Google Analytics, Looker or similar tools Highly data-driven with ability to build models and analyze trends Excellent written and verbal communication skills Experience partnering cross-functionally with product, web, design and analytics teams Ability to prioritize and thrive in a fast-paced environment Bachelor’s degree or equivalent working experience
