Requirements:
3+ years of experience in enterprise, full cycle sales with a proven track record of consistently exceeding revenue targets. Experience with Hubspot or a similar CRM. Experience selling cybersecurity products and/or services to developers or other technical customers. Strong understanding of Web3: smart contracts, DeFi, DAOs, Layer 2 Rollups, etc. Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills. Ability to both work in a team and independently to meet deadlines. Data-driven mindset with creativity and adaptability. Prioritization, time management, and organizational skills. Positive attitude, proactivity, and openness to feedback. Extreme attention to detail. Proven success working in a remote-first, globally distributed team.
Responsibilities:
Manage the full sales cycle with web3 projects, from lead generation and prospecting to contract negotiation and deal closure. Lead discovery conversations with key stakeholders to understand client needs and communicate value proposition. Drive revenue growth by consistently meeting and exceeding sales targets. Stay informed on market trends and competitive dynamics. Represent OpenZeppelin at industry events, conferences, and trade shows. Maintain accurate pipeline forecasts, track performance, and refine sales approach using data-driven insights.
