Responsibilities:
- Own the roadmap to scale content from 300,000 to millions of pieces.
- Design and execute strategies for creator acquisition and growth.
- Identify and fill content gaps across wellness categories, formats, and languages.
- Build relationships with top wellness creators and establish content partnerships.
- Support existing teachers to expand content libraries and grow businesses.
- Partner with product teams to build infrastructure for millions of content pieces.
- Own teacher income and retreats revenue strategy.
- Define and enforce content quality standards.
- Track content performance, teacher engagement, and library gaps.
