10+ years leading supply-side growth at consumer content platforms or multi-sided marketplaces. Experience scaling creator ecosystems from hundreds of thousands to millions. Deep experience at large creator platforms. Strong understanding of content, formats, and distribution. Comfortable managing diverse teams and complex operations. Experience working with product teams to build creator tools and platform infrastructure. Track record growing marketplace revenue through creator monetization.
Responsibilities:
Own the roadmap to scale content from 300,000 to millions of pieces. Design and execute strategies for creator acquisition and growth. Identify and fill content gaps across wellness categories, formats, and languages. Build relationships with top wellness creators and establish content partnerships. Support existing teachers to expand content libraries and grow businesses. Partner with product teams to build infrastructure for millions of content pieces. Own teacher income and retreats revenue strategy. Define and enforce content quality standards. Track content performance, teacher engagement, and library gaps.
