7+ years of proven business development or sales experience in financial services, debt recovery, collections technology, fintech, or BPO sectors Demonstrated success in building and managing complex enterprise relationships Strong professional network and credibility within the U.S. financial or collections ecosystem Familiarity with regulatory requirements and compliance frameworks relevant to debt collection in the U.S. (e.g., FDCPA, CFPB) Excellent negotiation, communication, and presentation skills Ability to work autonomously in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial environment Strong analytical mindset with experience using CRM tools (e.g., Salesforce) Proactive and open in communication across all stakeholders Authorized to work in the United States Available to work during U.S. time zones
