Requirements:
7+ years of proven business development or sales experience in financial services, debt recovery, collections technology, fintech, or BPO sectors Demonstrated success in building and managing complex enterprise relationships Strong professional network and credibility within the U.S. financial or collections ecosystem Familiarity with regulatory requirements and compliance frameworks relevant to debt collection in the U.S. (e.g., FDCPA, CFPB) Excellent negotiation, communication, and presentation skills Ability to work autonomously in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial environment Strong analytical mindset with experience using CRM tools (e.g., Salesforce) Proactive and open in communication across all stakeholders Authorized to work in the United States Available to work during U.S. time zones
Responsibilities:
Lead the evolution of InDebted’s U.S. business development function Identify, engage, and secure new client partnerships Own the full sales cycle Develop tailored go-to-market strategies Consistently achieve and exceed quarterly and annual revenue targets Cultivate and maintain high-value relationships with senior decision-makers Represent InDebted at conferences, industry forums, and client meetings Serve as a trusted advisor to clients Shape InDebted’s commercial footprint in the U.S. Collaborate with global and regional teams to refine product-market fit Identify partnership opportunities Partner with Compliance, Client Solutions, Collections, and Operations Work closely with Legal and Marketing Provide regular pipeline, forecast, and performance reports
