Requirements:
8-10+ years of experience in sales. 2+ years leading sales or revenue teams at the Director or VP level. 3+ years working in healthcare, ideally with hands-on experience building referral relationships with clinics and providers. Highly analytical and fluent in sales metrics, funnel health, and forecasting. Track record of building and executing sales strategies that drive measurable growth. Proven experience in startups, with experience at Series A-C companies strongly preferred. Organized, detail-oriented, and process-driven. Comfortable working across Product, Ops, Clinical, and Leadership teams. Experienced in hiring, developing, and managing high-performing sales teams. Genuine advocate for the mission.
Responsibilities:
Own and scale referral growth strategy: Define and execute balanced growth strategy. Launch new markets and referral channels: Drive multi-state expansion and expand referral pathways. Manage a high-performance team: Coach, mentor, and manage team to meet quota. Lead with data: Forecast growth, set quotas, track performance, and use data for continuous improvement. Optimize process: Build repeatable sales and account management processes. Evolve systems and tools: Advance CRM usage and leverage AI tools for scale. Partner cross-functionally: Collaborate with Product, Operations, and Clinical teams. Maintain relationships with key partners and lead provider council.
