Senior UX Designer

8+ years of UX/UI experience in performance marketing, lead generation, or CRO. Expertise in data-informed design focused on optimizing conversion rate (CVR) and revenue per session. Mastery of Figma or similar wireframing/prototyping tools. Fluency with Adobe Creative Suite. Hands-on experience collaborating with developers and executing A/B tests for CRO. Excellent communicator with the ability to present design rationale across technical and non-technical audiences.

Deliver test-ready user experiences, from concept to prototypes and dev hand-off. Lead design projects across all stages: stakeholder alignment, UX strategy, UI development, and post-test iteration. Generate UX insights by analyzing behavioral data, metrics, heatmaps, and user recordings. Proactively improve underperforming experiences through iterative UX/CRO design. Collaborate with product, engineering, and stakeholders to align design with business goals. Mentor design best practices and drive UX strategy. Propose and implement design process improvements for experimentation and scalability.
