Requirements

  • At least 2 years of experience in digital marketing, social media management, or brand management in the fitness, wellness, or lifestyle industry.
  • Klaviyo proficiency (email campaign execution, list segmentation, automated flows, triggered sequences, performance optimization).
  • Canva proficiency (graphic design for social media, promotional materials, digital ads).
  • Wix proficiency (website content management, page updates, scheduling integration, landing page optimization).
  • ClassPass proficiency (class scheduling, booking management, service listing updates).
  • Meta Ads Manager / Google Ads proficiency (paid campaign setup, audience targeting, budget management, ROAS tracking).
  • Social Media Management proficiency (content planning, manual posting, community engagement, algorithm optimization across Facebook, Instagram, and TikTok).
  • UGC & Influencer Collaboration experience (sourcing user-generated content, partner outreach, cross-promotion strategies).
  • Recruitment Marketing experience (creating targeted campaigns and outreach to attract trainers/instructors).
  • Analytics & Reporting proficiency (campaign performance analysis, conversion tracking, A/B testing, data-driven optimization).

Responsibilities

  • Plan, create, and post social media content.
  • Collaborate to source user-generated content.
  • Optimize social media posting times and formats.
  • Manage community engagement and outreach.
  • Update and optimize website content on Wix and ClassPass.
  • Coordinate with teams for scheduling and service updates.
  • Develop, launch, and optimize organic and paid digital campaigns.
  • Promote insurance and FSA payment options.
  • Recruit new trainers via digital campaigns.
  • Analyze and report on campaign performance.
  • Manage and execute three targeted email campaigns weekly.
  • Segment email lists for personalized communication.
  • Build, update, and test automated email flows via Klaviyo.
  • Analyze and optimize email campaign metrics.
