Requirements:
7-10 years of progressive experience in strategy, business development, or partnerships within healthcare, and preferably in the value-based care space Proven track record of closing deals and/or managing partnerships at an enterprise level Demonstrated success closing technology, SaaS, or AI-powered solution sales to complex enterprise customers Strong communication and presentation skills, with the ability to adapt messaging to C-level executives, clinicians, and operational stakeholders Strategic thinking combined with hands-on execution—comfortable operating in a growth-stage environment with limited resources High degree of resilience and grit—this role involves pushing into new markets, facing potential rejection, and iterating quickly
Responsibilities:
Lead the full lifecycle of business development, from sourcing leads to closing complex enterprise-level deals Identify and engage new hospital and health system partners, particularly radiology departments and independent radiology practices Cultivate trusted relationships with C-level executives, clinical leaders, and operational stakeholders Collaborate cross-functionally with internal teams to shape go-to-market strategy, refine product-market fit, and ensure partner success Translate market insights and partner feedback into actionable strategies and product recommendations Serve as a trusted advisor on Covera’s technology offerings, including our AI-enabled clinical intelligence platform Negotiate business and legal terms with prospective partners, in coordination with legal and executive leadership Play an active role in further building the Covera team by joining interview panels and contributing to cross-company projects after onboarding
