Requirements:
University degree in Business, Engineering or a related discipline. 3+ years of experience in project and program management within a global corporate environment or a top-tier consulting firm. Significant track record in executing transformation projects at an enterprise level. Proven experience in handling diverse project teams with different cultural and functional backgrounds. Exceptional analytical and problem-solving skills. Demonstrated ability to manage cross-functional workstreams in complex, ambiguous transformation projects. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Proficiency in project management methodologies (e.g., Agile, Scrum, PMP). English is mandatory; business-level, both written and spoken.
Responsibilities:
Collaborate to define strategic priorities and translate insights into actionable measures. Lead the strategic application of advanced digital technologies for business value and efficiency. Coach CTO teams in problem-solving, analytics, communication, and collaboration.
