Requirements:
At least 6 years of experience in Account Management, HR/Change/Transformation consulting, Customer Success, or Project Management. Experience ideally in a B2B SaaS environment with Enterprise customers. Strategic and consultative mindset to identify customer business drivers and design engagement strategies. Strong executive presence and stakeholder management skills. Excellent communication and presentation skills in German and English. Hands-on approach and ownership mentality. Charismatic, customer-focused team player. Openness to travel for team events or customer meetings.
Responsibilities:
Take ownership of key Mid-Market and Enterprise accounts. Develop tailored account and transformation strategies. Advise HR, Communications, and C-level decision-makers on employee communication, change management, digital workplace, and frontline enablement. Foster and deepen relationships with key decision-makers. Lead project management efforts and plan initiatives like Executive Business Reviews (EBRs) and strategic workshops. Act as the voice of enterprise customers within Flip. Help evolve and scale CS practices for strategic accounts.
