Requirements:
Key account management or channel sales experience within the beauty, skincare, or personal care industry Experience working with Sephora Deep understanding of the beauty and bodycare market, including product lines, industry trends, and consumer behaviour Proven ability to negotiate and finalize contracts Manage promotional budgets effectively Demonstrable experience of analytical abilities to interpret sales data, manage budgets, and develop data-driven strategies Excellent verbal and written communication skills Strong presentation skills Experience with profit and loss (P&L) management and financial analysis Knowledge of and familiarity with Customer Relationship Management (CRM) software Familiarity with Microsoft Office Suite, especially Excel
Responsibilities:
Oversee account-level P&L, budgets, and promotional spend Build long-term relationships with senior-level buyers and planners at key US retailers Develop annual joint business plans (JBPs) with key retailers Deliver top-line sales and profitability through negotiations Use data insights to optimize sales and identify opportunities Partner with marketing, supply chain, and product teams for flawless execution Maximize in-store and online brand presentation Lead AKT’s wholesale business across North America Drive revenue growth, strengthen retailer partnerships, and ensure operational excellence Be directly accountable for US wholesale performance, with initial focus on Sephora Expand to department stores and speciality retail Coordinate launches, activations, and retailer campaigns with Marketing Ensure forecast accuracy, OTIF delivery, and allocation planning with Supply Chain & Operations Manage account-level P&L, budgets, and promotional spend with Finance Share retailer insights with Product Development to influence pipeline
