Requirements:
10+ years in Enterprise SaaS Sales 3-5+ years in a leadership role (VP, Head of Sales, or Sr. Director) Strong background in AI, Machine Learning, Customer Experience (CX), or Voice Technology Proven history of closing and guiding teams through $250k - $1M+ ARR deals Deep ingrained knowledge of sales methodologies like MEDDIC, Challenger, or Command of the Message Business or Technical degree; MBA is a plus
Responsibilities:
Own the North American revenue number, forecasting, and pipeline strategy. Recruit, train, and retain top-tier Enterprise AEs. Orchestrate complex sales cycles involving multiple stakeholders. Define and execute the 'Land and Expand' strategy for the NA market. Partner closely with Marketing, Product, and Solutions Engineering.
