10+ years in enterprise B2B SaaS 5+ years leading high-performing enterprise sales teams Proven record of building or scaling Land & Expand motions Experience with companies scaling from ~$10m to $100m+ ARR Deep experience leading long, complex enterprise cycles (6–18 months) Strong grasp of structured sales methodologies (MEDDPICC, Challenger, SPICED) Expert in forecasting, pipeline management and commercial strategy Based in Central or Western North America Ability to travel regularly across the region and to the UK
