5+ years of digital media sales experience, ideally with agencies. Proven ability to prospect, develop, and close new business with a focus on new partnerships. Deep understanding of the agency ecosystem and media buying process. Strong presentation, negotiation, and relationship-building skills. Entrepreneurial, self-motivated, and able to thrive as an individual contributor. Experience with CRM tools to manage pipelines, forecast, and track performance. Proficiency in building persuasive pitch decks and sales materials. Willingness and ability to travel for client meetings as needed.
