VP of Product

10+ years in product management. At least 3 years in leadership roles at fintech or financial services companies. Proven success scaling B2B or B2C financial products in regulated environments. Strong data-driven decision-making and strategic thinking skills. Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities. Experience working with modern product and growth frameworks (OKRs, product discovery, metrics-driven iteration).

Own the product vision, roadmap, and lifecycle across multiple lending offerings. Lead and mentor a team of product managers. Partner with engineering, risk, and data teams to deliver high-quality products. Define and monitor key product KPIs and drive continuous improvement. Translate complex financial, regulatory, and technical concepts into customer value propositions. Represent the product function in executive discussions and board reviews.
