At least 7+ years of sales leadership experience, including second line leadership experience. Strong background in managing complex enterprise software sales, particularly in the SaaS space. Demonstrated ability to lead and scale sales teams across multiple customer segments (SMB, Commercial, Enterprise). Deep knowledge and experience in driving sales success across key AMER markets (including LATAM & APAC). Strong track record in managing and growing both direct and indirect sales teams. Solid understanding of the customer journey from initial engagement through to long-term retention and renewal. Ability to build and maintain strong, ongoing customer relationships. Excel at thinking both tactically and strategically. Willingness to travel at minimum 1x/quarter but up to 1x/month.
