7+ years of experience in growth, product management, product marketing, or a related field in a B2B SaaS company with a product-led motion. 3+ years leading or heavily contributing to a PLG strategy at scale. Deep understanding of SaaS business models, product usage metrics, and funnel optimization. Strong knowledge of user onboarding, behavioral analytics, and experimentation frameworks. Hands-on experience with product analytics tools, marketing automation, and in-app messaging platforms is an advantage. Ability to work cross-functionally with technical and commercial stakeholders in a remote, international environment. Analytical thinker with excellent execution and project management skills. Comfortable operating in ambiguity and wearing multiple hats in a fast-paced scale-up. Passion for great UX and customer experience.
