Requirements:
7-8+ years of product management experience. At least 4 years within AdTech. End-to-end experience with building Recommendations advertising solutions. Strong depth of understanding with Machine Learning. Experience driving strategy for ML based AdTech products. Track record of developing and championing product strategy and vision with quantifiable business impact. Compelling influencer with demonstrated experience working with Sales & Marketing teams, along with other cross functional teams to drive alignment. Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Exceptional analytical and problem-solving skills. Strong organizational and execution skills. Technical degree (computer science, engineering, mathematics, economics or related field). Deep experience with Machine Learning is a strong plus. Proven experience working on large initiatives, across teams, and on highly cross-functional products. 8+ years of product management experience in a technology company.
Responsibilities:
Define and own the long-term vision and strategy for Recommendations and Opti-Score. Gather insights from advertisers, agencies, and sales to understand pain points and needs. Translate insights into innovative Recommendations products. Own and champion Reddit’s Recommendations products and the opti-score. Build and scale Recommendations solutions leveraging Reddit’s data. Develop, prioritize, maintain, and execute the product roadmap. Set success metrics, goals, and own Opt-Score (e.g., Campaign and Account health scores). Work closely with engineering, data science, design, user research, sales, marketing, and legal. Regularly communicate across functions and the entire ads team, including presenting to C-level executives. Stay current with trends, technologies, and competitive landscape in ad recommendations.
