5–10 years of B2B SaaS sales experience, ideally with enterprise or upper mid-market clients Proven success in two or more startup environments with consistent quota attainment Strong “hunter” mentality with the ability to self-source leads and close business independently Excellent relationship-building and in-person selling skills Experience selling into insurance, financial services, or other traditional industries preferred High degree of autonomy, work ethic, and comfort operating in a fast-paced environment
