Logistics Coordinator

Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain, Logistics, or Business Administration. Minimum of 5 years Supply Chain Experience. Strong knowledge of supply chain concepts, procurement and inventory management, and supply planning methodologies in the pharmaceutical industry. Demonstrated ability to execute supplier communication, purchase orders, and material/inventory movement. Strong and clear understanding of GMP/GDP requirements and pharmaceutical industry best quality practices. Excellent communication and collaboration skills. Experience with creating Purchase & Shipping Orders. Experience working with Third Party Logistics Providers. Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills. Proactive problem-solving abilities. Proficiency in Microsoft Office tools, especially Excel. Experience with SAP (S4/HANA is a plus). Life Science industry experience, with commercial products is a plus.

Create shipping orders with couriers for material/inventory transfers. Validate shipping documents from external partners. Track material/inventory movements and record them in SAP S4/HANA. Coordinate with couriers and import/export management. Track shipping KPIs (On-Time Pickup and Delivery). Support supply chain launch readiness. Validate and qualify shipping lanes. Create Purchase Orders in BridgeBio’s ERP system. Support continuous improvement initiatives for logistical processes. Collaborate closely with the Global Business Process Owner (BPO).
