Resourcing Coordinator — Europe

2-3+ years of experience in operations, resource coordination, project management, or a detail-oriented role. Clear and respectful communication skills. Ability to thrive in structured operational work. Discretion and professionalism when working with sensitive information. Adaptability to shifting priorities and fast-changing inputs. Service mindset with ability to solve problems independently and escalate when needed.

Maintain an accurate, real-time view of staffing, availability, and capacity across EMEA. Support weekly staffing operations by preparing availability summaries, trackers, and agendas. Partner with Project Managers and discipline teams to address short-term scheduling adjustments. Coordinate cross-functionally with Engineering, QA, Product, and Design. Uphold strong systems and data hygiene by maintaining clean metadata. Contribute to incremental process improvements for the staffing function.
