Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in HR, Business Administration, or related field. 3–4+ years of progressive HRBP, HR Manager, or senior HR Generalist experience. Experience supporting GTM/Strategy or CS/Onboarding organizations. Strong knowledge of Spanish labor law, CBAs, Equality Plans, and conciliation processes. Experience with EOR and contractor compliance across EMEA. Proven ability to coach and influence leaders at all levels. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint). Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail. Strong communication (written and verbal) and interpersonal skills. Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information with discretion. Experience working in a fast-paced, high-growth, remote-first environment. Workday experience is a strong plus.
