1+ year of experience in sourcing, recruiting coordination, or talent research Strong LinkedIn sourcing skills Basic Boolean search knowledge Solid English communication skills (written and verbal) Experience working remotely with minimal supervision High attention to detail Strong organizational skills Comfortable working inside an ATS Ability to manage multiple open roles and pipelines Professional remote work setup with reliable internet connection Strong written communication and responsiveness Ability to follow sourcing guidelines, documentation standards, and internal processes Willingness to submit a short introduction video
