Experience selling to traditional finance and financial technology sectors is highly desirable. Experience understanding customer challenges and proposing solutions. High energy, outgoing, networking personality. Pre-existing network and connections in relevant domains highly desirable. Crypto experience (or at least interest) is highly desirable, ideally Ethereum and Solana. Ability to build new champions and report sales situations accurately. Self-motivated and able to work effectively with minimal supervision. Track record of building new books of business. Highly organized and able to track/report BD activity accurately. Strong analytical skills to evaluate opportunities. Experience understanding and negotiating contracts and agreements autonomously.
