Requirements:
6+ years experience in sales in healthcare, ideally in community oncology network facing activities. 3+ years managing a sales team preferred. Bachelor’s degree preferred. Proven track record of opening new markets and building a larger funnel across a variety of archetypes or sales channels. Experience working with highly integrated teams. Experience working with a CRM. Excellent leadership and people management skills. Strong communication and presentation skills. Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced and dynamic environment, managing multiple priorities simultaneously.
Responsibilities:
Source, meet, and recruit new sites and logos to join the N- Power Network. Collaborate to align on and articulate the value proposition of the N-Power Platform. Ensure smooth onboarding of new logos towards full implementation of the N-Power Platform. Develop strategic partnerships with organizations connecting with community cancer centers. Understand health system needs and N-Power's ability to assist. Aid in recruiting opportunities with CMOs, physicians, and leaders across departments. Assist in vetting and recruitment of additional positions in the Network Service organization. Forecast future growth targets of the Network with commercial team and leadership. Participate in the development of enabling technologies and services. Represent N-Power Medicine externally at conferences. Foster effective cross-functional collaboration. Other activities as assigned.
