Requirements:
Ability to be onsite Monday-Friday for the first 30 days of employment 5+ years of sales experience as an individual contributor 3+ years of experience building and managing Business Development teams Proven track record of coaching and developing reps Comfortable providing direct feedback and having difficult conversations Experience developing and optimizing sales enablement resources Strong understanding of consultative sales methodologies High-level business acumen Experience working with internal recruiting teams to hire BDR/SDRs Proficient in CRM use and management (HubSpot preferred)
Responsibilities:
Directly train, coach, and manage a team of BDRs/SDRs Own onboarding and training of new BDRs/SDRs Identify individual performance issues and address them through coaching or improvement plans Measure team and individual performance through reporting and KPI tracking Implement, refine, and optimize team playbooks, sales training programs, and talk tracks Work in HubSpot to ensure team activities and pipeline accuracy Audit the CRM regularly Provide feedback to the Performance Marketing team on lead quality and trends Develop and execute incentive plans for reps
