Foundation Director

7+ years in business development, partnerships, strategy, or operations within Crypto/DeFi, FinTech, or Capital Markets. Proven track record of closing and managing partnerships with major protocols, exchanges, custodians, or Web3 infrastructure providers. Deep working knowledge of stablecoin mechanics, on-chain liquidity, market structure, and core DeFi primitives. Experience managing external service providers (Market Makers, Custodians) with measurable outcomes and strict SLAs. Exceptional written and verbal skills.

Identify, cultivate, and close high-impact partnerships with DeFi protocols, wallets, exchanges, stablecoin platforms, and AI infrastructure stakeholders. Manage a network of vendors to ensure excellence in token reserve management, liquidity operations, market making, and exchange relationships. Oversee the Foundation’s cash management, burn mechanics, and emergency procedures. Serve as the face of the Foundation at global conferences and within key communities. Support DAO governance processes with high integrity. Lead high-level events and initiatives that connect relevant stakeholders.
