Active NP or PA license in your home state Five years of clinical experience managing complex medical issues in an oncology and/or hematology environment Exceptional client-facing skills including: Executive written & verbal communication, impeccable attention to detail and organization, and a highly professional demeanor under pressure An insatiable clinical curiosity Technically savvy and feel comfortable navigating various tech platforms

Serve as the lead clinician and engagement manager Collaborate with team members to uncover opportunities to improve client care Guide patients to optimized care plans Explore specialized diagnostics Enable patients to access personalized care Build strong client relationships Manage complex medical issues Coordinate client care Facilitate best diagnostic and therapeutic treatment options Navigate the healthcare system Offer high-level clinical management and education Work closely with clinical and research team members Identify latest therapies Deliver comprehensive information on medical conditions, medications, treatments, and clinical trials Articulate needs for collaboration with external care providers, interdisciplinary team resources, and internal team rounding Network with key opinion leaders Manage other clinical staff as it relates to a particular case or service line
